Journey of the OJT: Day 17 - The new Era

Today marks day 17 of my journey as an on-the-job trainee. I am continuing to gain valuable experience and knowledge that I can apply to my future career. One of the most interesting tasks I have been assigned to do recently is the development of a new university library system. This project has been incredibly challenging and has required me to think creatively and strategically.

The goal of this project is to create a library system that is both user friendly and efficient. I am responsible for gathering research and creating a plan of action to develop the system. I have been working closely with the university’s IT team to ensure that the system is as up-to-date as possible. Additionally, I have been conducting interviews with library staff to understand their current processes and how the new system can improve upon them. I am excited to see how this project comes together and look forward to the new challenges it will bring.
