Journey of the OJT: Day 15

 oday was a big day for the On-the-Job Training (OJT) participants as they held a meeting to discuss their Months of learning. The participants were asked to present the problems they encountered and the solutions they provided during the OJT days. The meeting was successful as the participants were able to share their experiences and discuss the solutions, they provided in order to overcome the difficulties they faced.

The OJT participants discussed the problems they encountered and the solutions they provided in detail. They also discussed the successes they achieved and the lessons they learnt during the OJT days. The participants also discussed the ways they plan to use the knowledge they gained from the OJT to grow professionally in the future. It was an inspiring session as the participants discussed their experiences in detail and shared their ideas and insights. Everyone was satisfied with the outcome of the meeting and thanked each other for the successful journey of the OJT.
