Journey of the OJT: Day 14


Today marks the 14th day of my on-the-job training and I am getting closer to wrapping up the project. I have been working on creating an eBook Library system for the company I am interning with. Today's task is to prepare for the meeting with my supervisor to discuss the problems I encountered and the solutions I provided during the OJT. I have been gathering the necessary information and putting it together in a comprehensive report. I will be presenting this report in the meeting, and I am confident that I made the right decisions throughout the project. I am eager to hear what my supervisor has to say and to understand if there are other ways to approach the problems. I am confident that I have done my best to create a successful system and I am looking forward to the feedback.

At this time,  I've gained some experience and knowledge in my chosen field. I've been able to observe and participate in various tasks and projects, allowing me to develop practical skills and learn about the industry firsthand. At this stage of my OJT, I would have already established a routine and become familiar with the company's work environment. I may have been assigned specific responsibilities or projects that align with my learning objectives and goals. I'm actively seeking opportunities to learn and grow during my OJT.
