Journey of the OJT: Day 3

Welcome to my blog about the 3rd day of my on-the-job training (OJT). Nothing much happens. we continue our task on encoding and were almost done with it. just a little push and were done. however, we ask permission for early out as we want to register in the biometric system. Today, we had our biometric registration. This was the first step to officially become part of the company. I was a little nervous, but I was also excited to start learning more about the company.

The whole process was quite quick and easy. I felt relieved after it was done, as I knew that I was officially part of the company. This was an important milestone for me in my OJT. I am looking forward to learning more about the company and gaining valuable experience.

on the afternoon, we continue the task of encoding. we i am curious on how many books my OJT partners have encoded, we had our little chit-chat and ask each other of how much books have we already encoded. As I notice that they are having hard time on remembering the title of each column of the cell, I teach them on how to freeze a pane in Microsoft Excel. After wards their work has been a lot easier for the title of each column do not disappear in their eyes. I am happy that I helped my OJT partners and that I have contributed to their knowledge on using Microsoft Excel.
